Concord Slims Down with the LED LED 50

Havells-Sylvania has introduced a super slim, highly efficient LED downlight complete with a recessing depth of only 50mm. The low profile Concord LED LED 50 offers specifiers an economic and efficient replacement for existing downlights using compact fluorescent lamps.

The LED LED 50 uses state-of-the-art LED XP-E lamp technology from CREE. This provides optimum efficiency, with up to 70 lumens per circuit watt, combined with an exceedingly long life in excess of 50,000 hours at 70% luminous flux. With such a long life, the LED LED 50 is a truly fit and forget, maintenance-free lighting solution.

Concordhas made four options available depending on requirements: Energy Efficient; Standard; High Output or Very High Output. Ratings range from 15W to 42W. When used as a very high output device, the LED LED 50 can produce 2200 lumens from the same 50mm depth fitting.

The LED LED 50 is suitable as an all-purpose LED downlight where a slim profile is required. Application suggestions include circulation spaces, secondary meeting spaces and washrooms.

The LED LED 50 is available in either round or square die cast housings. The reflector is made from aluminised polycarbonate, using a super-pure aluminium reflector that is highly efficient.

Two colour temperature options are available: 3000K and 4000K and the typical colour rendering index is minimum Ra 80. The range also includes DALI options and 3hr emergency fittings are available as standard.
